1. How do i place an order?

It is SIMPLE and EASY. 

  • Select the item you want.

  • Provide us the shipping details

  • Select your delivery method

  • Make payment

  • Review and place order.

2. What are the payment method available?

We offers varies kind of Payment Methods as shown below:

***Note: For Bank Transfer, make sure you make payment within 48 hours to prevent your order from being cancelled. Your purchased products will not be delivered until we have this confirmation.

 

 

 

3. When the purchased products will be sent out?

After we confirmed the payment received, your orders are processed within 3 working days for ready to wear products. While customize shoes will takes 7-14 working days. For orders placed on weekends and Public Holiday, they will be processed on the next working day. The tracking number will provide via email.

During public holidays and seasonal sales, some delays in orders and deliveries are expected. Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible.

Please note that these are guidelines and you will be updated once the order is shipped.
