Return & Exchange Policy

We want you absolutely love the products you have purchased from us. If you'd like to return or exchange an item provided the terms below are met:

We DO NOT ACCEPT returns and exchanges for:

  • Customized and personalized item (items which has been customized based on your specific requirements)

  • Sale and value buy items (items on discount)

  • Products that have been damaged by abuse or negligence (e.g. exposure to chemicals, sharp objects, caustic substances etc.);

  • Products that have been damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purposes

  • Products that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear

  • Products that have been altered or soiled

We DO ACCEPT returns and exchanges for the same condition that you received it. Any exchange should be made within 7 days after receiving your order. Exchange can only be made once, and all exchanges are final. Any refund or exchange with cash is strictly not allowed.

All decisions are subject to the final inspection and discretion of SFEX Enterprise. Return of items is not a guarantee of exchange or refund.

Noted: In the event of return and exchange, all shipping fees are borne by customer.

Upon returning your item to us, please email hello.sfexcellent@gmail.com with the following information:

  1. Your name (as per invoice)

  2. Invoice No./ Order No.

  3. Reason for return and exchange

  4. Address

  5. Contact no.

Please return your purchase to the following address along with proof of purchase. Return without proof of purchase will not be entertained.

Our admin will respond on it within 5 working days.

Refunds Policy

Any refund or exchange with cash is strictly not allowed. However, we can exchange within 7 days from receiving your order.
